Real estate has always been more than just buying and selling houses to me. It’s about people, families, relationships, and doing right by those who put their trust in you.

I was born and raised on Kent Island, on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, the youngest of six children. Growing up surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay, I developed an early appreciation for the water, the outdoors, and the close-knit communities that make the Eastern Shore such a special place to call home.

My parents taught me the importance of integrity, hard work, respect, and standing behind your word. Those values have stayed with me throughout my life and continue to guide the way I do business today. My mother founded Rosendale Realty in 1978, building a business based on trust, personal relationships, and a commitment to the people of our community. Today, my wife Tammy and I are proud to carry on that tradition.

With approximately 40 years of experience in real estate, I’ve learned that no two clients and no two transactions are alike. Whether I’m helping a young family purchase their first home, assisting longtime homeowners with selling a property filled with memories, or negotiating a complicated transaction, my commitment remains the same: provide the very best representation I can.

I believe in straight answers, honest advice, strong negotiation, and treating people the way I would want my own family treated. My job isn’t simply to sell a house. It’s to help people make good decisions, protect their interests, and find the right house at the right price.

Family has always been at the center of my life. Tammy and I are blessed with four beloved grandchildren, and we make our home in Queenstown, Maryland, along the beautiful Wye River. Living on the Eastern Shore isn’t just where I do business; it’s a way of life that I know, appreciate, and genuinely enjoy sharing with others.

Today, Rosendale Realty serves the Eastern Shore with offices in Centreville and on Kent Island. While the real estate industry has changed considerably over the years, I believe the things that matter most haven’t changed at all: honesty, integrity, experience, and a reputation built on keeping your word.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to help people and their families put a roof over their heads, protect their investment, and know they had someone in their corner who truly cared about getting it right. That’s what Rosendale Realty has stood for since 1978, and it’s what I intend to stand for every day.
