Heather Thompson

Heather Thompson grew up on the Eastern Shore in Centreville, Maryland, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Salisbury University in 2005. She has spent over 30 years working alongside her parents in their family business and at various local establishments in the hospitality industry. Through these experiences, she has developed a strong appreciation for hard work, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. She truly believes that customer service is everything!

Joining Rosendale Realty as a real estate agent was a natural next step. Growing up, she fondly remembers spending time at the office while her mother worked as a dedicated Rosendale Realty agent. She was always fascinated by her mother’s work and understands firsthand the hard work and dedication that goes into being part of a family business.
