Tammy Rosendale

Tammy Rosendale has been a licensed realtor since 1996 and is the broker of Rosendale Realty, which she runs together with her husband, Michael. She is also a licensed broker in both Maryland and Delaware.

Her leadership in the real estate community runs deep. She has served as president of the local board of realtors, sat on the Chamber of Commerce board, and is a past president of a women’s networking group. She has been honored as Realtor of the Year. At Maryland Realtors, she serves on committees, including as past chair of public policy, and she continues to serve on both public policy and grievance.

A native of the Eastern Shore, Tammy was born and raised on Kent Island and is a 9th-generation Islander. Today she lives in Queenstown with Michael. Their daughter, Megan, has joined the family real estate company, and their son, Jake, lives in Florida with his wife. Together they have four grandchildren, Annie, Jack, Bailey, and Noah, and a beloved 15-year-old pup, Riley.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her out on the boat, in the garden, or working out.
